Refunds & Return

1. You are eligible to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. You are eligible to return your product with a return fee for pickups, otherwise item can be dropped at Konouz retail shops.
3. You will be able to submit a return request through the website, or you may contact us through call center or email.
4. Refunds of returned products will be managed by us (e-Aswaaq Misr), we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees).
5. You will be issued a refund to your bank account, in case you paid cash on delivery, you will be required to provide us with your bank account details to issue a refund.
6. Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back and inspected by the seller and that will be within 5 working days.
7. The refunded amount will be reflected on your bank account within (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back.
